Project Management

The project process employed by SvDesignGroup is a bespoke process tailored to each project according to its size and complexity.

  • To guarantee successful delivery of all our web projects, SvDesignGroup assign you dedicated Project Manager who ensure that all timescales and deliverables are fully agreed, documented nd managed on an ongoing basis

A project plan would be set up at the beginning of the project this outlines the project tasks, owners, task durations, start dates and end dates.

Once the development phase is under way, the Project Manager is responsible for driving the project forward, resolving issues and sending out high level communication.

When we typically create website or web applications we do advise and consult on possible solutions and also recommend content. We are very user focused, and for us, Project Management isn’t just about managing tasks to completion. We always review things with the end user in mind, and will always advise on solutions that we feel will work best.

SvDG's core principles is to allow communication between the client and members of our Design and Development team. They will also ensure that regular status reports are delivered to and discussed with the client, so that all parties have maximum visibility of project progress
